Dave is trying out a hybrid bracing he has been thinking about for a while which is a combination of very light X bracing with fan bracing.

Cocobolo sides and back, spruce top. Neck and head is mahogany with ebony, sycamore and cocobolo overlay

These are mid-size acoustic guitars that Gene Parsons will put his Acoustic Stringbender into. It allows bending the B string up a full half tone via the strap, a collaborative effort.
