This acacia tenor ukulele features northern California tonewood from nearby Marin County for its sides, top, back, and neck; an ebony fingerboard & bridge; and Sitka spruce bracing. The acacia family includes the prized tonewood koa, and this particular board bears striking resemblance to koa in its sound, color, & grain. The X-braced top results in fantastic sustain & note clarity - perfect for fingerpickers and lead players.
