Dyer-Style Harp Guitar | #1-210 | May 2012

  • Curly koa back & sides

  • Mahogany neck

  • Honduras rosewood bridge & peghead overlays

  • Triple-layer ivoroid/abalone binding

  • Ivoroid bridge pins

  • Ebony fingerboard

  • Abalone, mother-of-pearl, silver, & turquoise "Vine of Life" fingerboard inlay

There's abalone purfling going all around the top & all around the back, and down the center of the back - about fifteen feet of abalone trim, and that does not include the fingerboard. Custom-built for Ed Littlefield, of Marley's Ghost band. It's a Dyer-style ten-string harp guitar: there's a standard guitar neck and four low harp strings, which makes it a handful. Ed specifically wanted this style. He's been the featured player at the annual Harp Guitar Gathering, in the past.
